Ecstatic Dance in the Woods

Join us on an adventurous journey with DJ Lady Serpent, who lovingly collects the best music for the moment in a 120 minutes set. Dance with the elements around you and with whatever comes up. Dance with all the layers of human existence and celebrate life in a human body. Share, connect, see, feel, be. Let the music be your guide, and the body be your teacher. A little dance every day, keeps the doctor away. Dancing will save the world. We start with a guided meditation and end with a sharing circle. We dance with headphones. Remember to bring a big bottle of tea or water and some snacks to share after the dance.
