A circular route, signposted, through the Barão de João National Forest, passing by iconic sites such as the ‘Passeio das Figuras’ (Promenade of Figures).
» Important information: A guide will accompany the first participants and it will not be permitted to overtake this guide. The second guide will accompany the last participant.
Participants may do a second lap at their own pace, but must inform the first guide of their intention.

- Very difficult for those who have never done trail running, even if accustomed to walking/running.
How to get there
By car: Arriving at Lagos city, at the roundabout of the Municipal Stadium, follow towards Bensafrim. At the exit of Portelas, take the EM 531 to the left, in the direction of Barão de São João, passing by the site of Monte Judeu. Continue straight ahead, towards Barão de S. João, and after entering the village of Barão de São João you must follow the signs that indicate the National Forest. The Cultural Center is located just before the forest entrance, on the left side and the car park on the right.
