Introduction To Non Violent Communication (Portuguese)
From 11:30 to 13:00
Nonviolent Communication is something that has been very important in my personal development and in my relationship with others, and I want to share these knowledge.
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) was created by the American psychologist Marshall Rosenberg. In his long professional experience, Rosenberg noticed that much of human suffering was related to the way we communicate.
CNV is the language of the heart with the potential to revolutionize the way you relate to others and to yourself.
In this introductory workshop to CNV, you will get to know the bases of this practice, understanding how it can be a philosophy of life and a technique that transforms your reality.
In this workshop we will:
- Know techniques to identify our physical reactions, feelings and needs and those of others, when in a conflict situation.
- Understand how to transform conflict into connection, rescuing the power of dialogue and empathy, even in the face of socially challenging behaviors and systems.
- How important authenticity and truth are in our communication and how easily observation and evaluation are confused.
- Use empathic listening and make requests with more clarity and awareness, generating understanding and cooperation in the different relationships in our lives.
NOTE: Participants must bring paper and pen for notes.
