Tai Ji Quan
From 15:30 to 16:45
TAI JI QUAN is an extreme slow version of the martial art KUNG FU. The basis for practicing TAI JI QUAN is the perception of energy flows in our body. Beginning with attention to the breath, which we learn to direct consciously, we experience the movement of our energy, the flow of chi.
In TAI JI we experience the body and mind as if they were one and natural relaxation of muscles and tendons can occur.
