Sports walk through forest tunnels
From 14:30 to 18:00
It's a route along a road, path and footpath, partly through trees and partly in the open, with two moderate climbs.
Due to the distance of the route, it is recommended that participants have practised walking and should not have any problems related to physical activity.
NOTE: Bring comfortable walking clothes and shoes (suitable for the day's conditions), a rucksack with water and a snack.
How to get there
By car: Arriving in the city of Lagos, at the Municipal Stadium roundabout, head towards Bensafrim. At Portelas exit, take the EM 531 on the left towards Barão de São João, passing through the Monte Judeu site. Go straight ahead towards Barão de S. João, and after entering the village of Barão de São João you should follow the signs that indicate the Mata Nacional. The Cultural Center is located just before the forest entrance on the left.
